Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Healuxe Global. We are a medical tourism facilitation company incorporated in Australia, with operational support staff in India. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Nature of Services
Healuxe Global facilitates access to medical and wellness treatments in India, including but not limited to surgical procedures, Ayurvedic therapies, cosmetic procedures, and other healthcare services.
– We act solely as a facilitator and coordinator between patients and independent third-party healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, physicians, travel, and accommodation providers.
– Healuxe Global does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical provider. All medical procedures are performed exclusively by qualified healthcare professionals who are not employees of Healuxe Global.
Patient Responsibility
– You acknowledge that you have conducted your own due diligence and chosen your treatment provider(s) without coercion or undue influence from Healuxe Global.
– You are solely responsible for decisions regarding your treatment, including the choice of hospital, physician, and treatment plan.
– You must disclose all relevant medical history and current conditions truthfully to ensure safe facilitation.
Pricing & Payment
– Price quotations provided are estimates and may vary based on changes in treatment plans, unforeseen complications, additional medical needs, or changes in travel arrangements.
– Some payments may be made directly to hospitals, clinics, or other third-party providers as per their requirements.
– All payments must be cleared before the commencement of any procedure.
Cancellations & Refunds
– A cancellation fee may apply based on the stage of booking and expenses incurred.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–20 business days of cancellation, excluding the date of cancellation.
– Refunds do not apply to costs already incurred by third parties (e.g., hospitals, airlines, hotels).
Limitation of Liability
– Healuxe Global is not liable for any injury, loss, complication, delay, or damage resulting from treatment, travel, or any third-party services.
– Any disputes regarding medical services must be resolved directly between the patient and the medical provider under the laws of the jurisdiction where the treatment is provided.
Insurance
– Healuxe Global does not sell insurance. Patients are encouraged to obtain their own travel and medical insurance, including coverage for complications.
Governing Law
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
